Background

Anne is a NZEF List 2 Dressage Judge and has trained horses to Grand Prix - she won the Burkner Medal (New Zealand's Horse of the Year Grand Prix Prize) and trained in Europe.

Zero Balancing is a unique way of working with the Body/Mind. It is the first body work technique to focus on the relationship of body energy with body structure.  Considered the leading edge of body/mind therapies, it moves beyond Western scientific approaches of body structure by incorporating Eastern concepts of energy and healing. Zero Balancing is a gentle yet powerful system that balances energy in the deepest tissues of the body, the bones and ligaments.

Equine CranioSacral work is a holistic healing practice which uses extremely light finger pressure to optimize body movement. When applied correctly, this gentle and subtle technique can be highly effective in addressing a number of conditions in the horse.
